Multi-Day Motorcycle Tours & Rentals

Refund Policy

Tour Deposits: Non-refundable due to advance hotel and motorcycle bookings.

Rental Deposits: Fully refundable if canceled.

No Cash Refunds on Tours: We do not offer full or partial cash refunds for tours.

Credit Policy: If you cancel under a valid circumstance, we offer credit toward a future tour or rental with us.

Why We Have This Policy

Hotels, services, and motorcycle reservations are secured well in advance. To ensure availability and fairness for all clients, we rely on confirmed bookings.

Fairness & Flexibility

We aim to be reasonable and will review cancellations on a case-by-case basis. If we cancel a tour or have no others running during your booked time, we’re open to working with you directly.

Credit Eligibility – Covered Scenarios

Credit toward a future tour or rental is available in the event of:

• Serious illness, injury, or death (with documentation)
• Traffic accidents en route or prior to your trip (with a police report)
• Disruptive events: natural disasters, terrorism, strikes, or other uncontrollable incidents

Climate Conditions & Route Flexibility

Note: Colombia is a country with highly variable climate and road conditions depending on the region and season. We view this unpredictability as part of the true Colombian adventure.

During periods of heavy rain, routes may change mid-tour, and we may need to:

• Select alternative roads
• Adjust hotel accommodations
• Or, in rare cases, completely reroute the trip

Many of our tours include a mix of on-road and off-road riding. For riders seeking full off-road adventures, be aware that some routes have only one way in and out—in these cases, we may need to backtrack or offer a new route mid-tour.

Rainy Seasons in Colombia typically occur:

• April to May
• October to November

Rainfall intensity varies widely across regions. For us, these months are some of the best and most thrilling times to ride, but if you're hesitant about getting wet, we recommend booking outside of these periods.

Rider Requirements

All riders must provide:

• A valid motorcycle license from their home country
• Details about riding experience and background
• Accurate personal info, including a valid credit card and address

Exclusions – What Credit Does Not Cover

We do not provide credit for:

• Flights or airline-related issues
• Additional hotel stays or sightseeing activities
• Lost, stolen, or damaged luggage
• Medical or evacuation expenses (though we can recommend providers)
• Any scenario not clearly listed above

Rider Conduct & Safety

We reserve the right to cancel or end your participation without refund for the following:

• Unsafe or reckless riding
• Ignoring guides’ instructions or group safety
• Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior
• Violating our zero-tolerance policies on:
  • Drug use
  • Prostitution
  • Riding under the influence
  • Disregard for road safety or local laws
